Mix 'n' Match Activity




This is about how much sugars are in your drinks.If you have fizzy drinks soft drinks and things like that you need to change you diet by drinking water and eating healthy food like vegetables and fruits.If you have junk food or fizzy drinks you should change it into vegetables and fruits.You should drink water every day.One fact is we should only have 6 teaspoons of sugar a day.
